- Players may opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting Customer Support.

- Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of any promotion will result in the forfeiture of all associated winnings.
- Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined.
- No-deposit bonuses must be wagered within fourteen (14) days of redemption. If wagering requirements are not met within this timeframe, the bonus balance will be removed.
- Players who have never made a deposit are permitted to withdraw winnings from a free bonus only once.

Comp Points
- The following games do not contribute toward comp point accumulation: Craps, Baccarat, and Roulette.
- Players earn one (1) comp point for every $10 wagered on eligible games. One hundred (100) comp points are equivalent to $1.
- A minimum of 100 comp points is required for redemption. The maximum redemption per transaction is 5,000 comp points.
- To redeem comp points, a player’s real money balance must be below $1.
- Comp Points cannot be combined with an existing real money balance.
- Funds redeemed through comp points must be wagered at least ten (10) times on any eligible game before a withdrawal request can be made.
- The maximum withdrawal permitted from comp point redemptions is twenty (20) times the redeemed comp point value.

Tournaments
- Tournaments may not be entered using bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
